A portion of the proceeds of the sale of every Esalen Massage DVD or Video is donated to the Esalen Institute. Also, contributions to Esalen are tax-deductible. Are you a massage therapist or bodywork professional? The expenses of attending Esalen, including travel, are deductible for federal income tax purposes as an educational expense if incurred to maintain or improve professional or work skills.

We truly believe in the restorative and healing power of touch.That’s why we support The Massage Therapy Foundation, a vital non-profit organization and leader in the promotion of research and education in the field of therapeutic massage and bodywork. The The Massage Therapy Foundation advances the knowledge and practice of massage therapy by supporting scientific research, education and community service.

The Foundation sponsored the Highlighting Massage Therapy in CAM Research Conference in 2005, which was attended by At Peace Creative Director, Jan Liverance. Photos shot by Jan at the conference later appeared in the Foundation 2005 Annual Report, designed by At Peace Media. The Foundation recently announced a new publishing initiative, the International Journal of Therapeutic Massage & Bodywork: Research, Education, & Practice, or the IJTMB, which is a peer-reviewed open access publication. The Foundation awards research and community service grants annually and they maintain the Massage Therapy Research Database on their website with a link to PubMed. John Gelb, founder of At Peace Media, has led the evolution of a company focused on producing and distributing relaxation and stress-relief products for the expanding wellness market. Beginning with a single video program in 1997, Gelb has increased the scope of At Peace Media to include several distinct product/market categories: music for relaxation, specialized video for massage and bodywork, and multi-media programming for sleep solutions and enhanced productivity.

To leverage the drastically changing technology landscape, Gelb is forging successful partnerships to deliver digital audio/video solutions for health and wellness to a wider audience.

Sherry is the person you want to contact about retailing At Peace Media products. Communicating daily with spas, resorts and massage schools, she is uniquely qualified to assist our clients in the massage and spa industries.

Ms. Donovan also oversees At Peace Media private label and strategic branding projects. She provides one-on-one attention and seamless project management to ensure that all decisions and details are addressed in a timely manner.

As Music Director, Sherry and her team create and update music playlists for At Peace Media's digital music streaming business. Creative Director
Since 2001, Jan has delivered her own unique blend of strategic marketing and design expertise to At Peace Media. A self-professed 'design junkie' and detail oriented project manager, Jan develops and edits marketing related content and communications, while keeping a watchful eye on graphic design and production workflow for At Peace Media product packaging, print collateral, advertising, PR and website updates.

Whether she's creating an enewsletter, designing a trade show exhibit or coordinating the design and development of At Peace Media's new digital downloads ecommerce site, Jan's creative influence and collaborative, pragmatic work style permeate all day to day activities here at At Peace Media.
